We had a wonderful evening at the Oak Bistro; family reunion for 13 guests. Small, intimate restaurant with excellent food and faultless service. We had preordered and staff took time to remember our names to ensure we all got what we ordered! Food was excellent;...special mention to the halibut, beef Wellington and duck confit! We were made to feel so welcome - thanks so much for a very memorable evening. I would definitely recommend and would visit again.More

Whilst in Cambridge for a couple of days we had a smashing dinner here. The meal was delicious with beautifully cooked fish, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I wish we lived in Cambridge!

I've been there twice and I am sure I'll come back often. The restaurant is very cozy, with a great atmosphere and amazing staff. Alessandra was lovely and very kind and she made us feel very comfortable. Food was great, same as wine, drinks and...desserts. Amazing experience. Thank you!More

Amazing food; lovely wine and whisky selection. Staff were friendly and professional, and just the right amount of chatty.

A lovely dinner on a Monday evening, the first night of our week's break in Cambridge. Super food, a good selection of wines in a relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful food, something for everyone. Exceptional personalised service. A gorgeous evening. Couldn’t recommend more! We had the scallops, and halloumi to start and then I had the halibut for main. Lovely restaurant setting in the heart of Cambridge. The waiters were warm and friendly and...accommodating to all requests. The atmosphere was lively but not loud, we visited on a Tuesday and the restaurant was full.More

I visited here with my mother for my first trip out in 18 months and as one of my favourite pre-COVID haunts i didn't think twice about coming back here and I wasn't disappointed! As usual, the staff were friendly, professional and could not do...enough for us. The food was truly scrumptious as ever. I enjoyed the scallops to start and trout for main - cannot fault a single thing.More
