Lovely atmosphere and whilst we just popped in for a drink on the way to the races the food we saw being served looked superb! Characters abound and the staff are very friendly. We will pop in again when we visit in December.

Lovely pub, looking great after the re-furb but pleased to see it hasn't changed too much. The two for one burgers on a Tuesday must be one of the best deals in town, always an after work favourite with us! Never ordered anything disappointing, it's...More

Great pub, gin was lovely! Food was really nice although 2 pies were a bit cold in the middle! Waiter was really helpful though and sorted it out straightaway! Reasonably priced, would recommend.

Popped in for a quick drink and spent all afternoon ! Wonderfully charming pub, landlady was really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Bar man, Jack was great and talked us into having food. The corn beef hash was amazing! Can't wait to return
