Had a couple of ok experiences here in the past month nothing special just ok. On this visit the staff really disapointed me. Very slow and poor service. Staff was running around trying to do all the orders at once. They need to put more staff in to cope with the busy periods i think. Burger was ready well before... More

Every time I walk by mc Donalds I can't resist but to get something. However everytime I go in I receive the same slow service from staff who clearly don't want to be there. Lack of staff too hardly any staff in! As I sat down I noticed flies were buzzing around and nearly going in my food. Not impressed... More

services was slow , lots of people waiting around my fries were cool and not hot and fresh, i did take the back and got fresh hot fries , they did apoligise for that ,

Food was ok just like any macs but the high oitched noise was very annoying .I asked the staff what it was( I think they have got used to it)she said it could be our cooker alarms?

This is your typical McDonald's that are endemic in most every town and city throughout the UK and probably the world. Having overstayed our visit to Chester cathedral I was hungry and thirsty and the sight of McDonalds opposite and the accompanying thoughts of a Big Mac were too much to resist . I love McDonald's but the adjustment to my cheeseburger was wrong. I asked for no pickle & no mustard, but it arrived as a plain one. Luckily I had a sachet of ketchup which I was able to put inside the burger but there were no onions, so I didn't get the crunch as I usually do when I bite... More
