When you walk the coast path you can't miss this place and it has great views of the beach. The outside seating is pastel coloured and sits on Astro turf which shouldn't work but it does and the beer is well kept and the food lovely. It's a great place to stop if the sun is shining.

We didn’t set out to eat at St Piran’s Inn when we were looking for something to eat during our recent holiday in Cornwall. We had intended to visit a restaurant in the nearby village of Cubert but when we got there it was inexplicably closed. We were left high and dry without a paddle, stuck in the middle of... More

As a keen walker on the South West Coastal Path imagine my disappointment when we told to take our jackets off before entering. Wet or even a perception of being rain sodden this was a first for us, especially when we told to leave our expensive jackets and rucksacks outside. It was not even raining at the time! Not the... Firstly, we have been here before but only for a brief lunch last year. It was fine. Positioned fantastically at the edge of Holywell Bay beach, we had planned to use it as our 'go to' pub while staying in Holywell. However, no, they were only open Thursdays - Sundays and were actually closing for the season on the Sunday!... More

Visited in October and were surprised the pub was still open as they normally close for the winter at the end of September. I've had braised ox cheek with mash and sweetened carrots whilst my wife had fresh halibut with new potatoes, vegetables and lemon and caper sauce. Our daughter very much enjoyed southern fried chicken. All of the portions... More

Very clean and tidy, lovely outdoor space with great view of Holywell bay. Staff very friendly and always busy Wether it be service customers or keeping the place clean and tidy. Didnt get a chance to try the food as the kitchen had closed but would certainly have liked too.

Love this bar when the suns out as its right on the beach and dog friendly. The Corev beer is great too as are the views over the sand dunes where Poldark is filmed.

Such a big improvement from last year. Food is typical pub fare, but it was cooked just right. Service was cheerful and quick. Portions are good size, the Scampi was fresh and cooked just right. Deserts are a little limited but as this is the end of the season I do not think this can be held against this establishment.

After a long journey to Cornwall, me and my partner wanted just a simple meal. We were very impressed with the beer battered haddock, it was delicious and beat expectation! Staff were friendly and the pub's next to the beach! Perfect!
