I thought the food was terrible. i ordered steak pie and received a plate of stew, with a puff pastry topping. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Doesn't look like a typical quaint friendly pub but the welcome we received was exceptional. Walked up after a game of crazy golf next to the zoo on a word of mouth recommendation and not disappointed. Fab carvery Sunday lunch, free for under 3s, locals...More

We often visit the Lanherne when we are in Newquay, as good food is guaranteed, and as it is just around the corner from where we say.

We called into this pub on the off chance following the long drive south. A quite simple menu, but very well done as all 4 meals we ordered were excellent quality and good value.

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
Hi, I am thinking about getting the unlimited fast track passes for my husband and elder daughter, as one of us will have to stay with younger child, the unlimited ones are the ones you can use more than once, so does anyone know if my husband will be able to go on a ride with older daughter while I wait with the baby, and then I can go on a different ride with older daughter while he waits with baby? It seems a bit expensive and unnecessary to get three fast track passes when he and I can't go on anything together, but if don't want to be the one holding the baby all day!
