We stopped here for a light lunch , while we were looking at the menu I noticed they made their own sour dough pizza bases ; I've always tried to cultivate my own starter dough with out luck......so being cheeky I asked to buy some...More

In the heart of Penzance it’s tucked away. Good food, really good cakes, good service, good price, good elevenses stop. Top tip. #1 Either before or after CausewayHead, refresh or recover here. Top tip. #2 The light switch to the toilet is a pull switch...More
Thank you for this review, much appreciated.
I visited Mr Billy’s a few times in the last week of September and found it outstanding each time. Their Americano coffee is delicious, and I can honestly say that the bacon sandwich I was served was the best I’d ever had. The staff were...More
We are really pleased that you enjoyed your visits to Mr Billy’s and hope to see you again.
So love Mr Billy's. Best cafe in Penzance in my opinion. We'd certainly love something like it "up country" where we are. A great place to relax with a coffee and while away a bit of time. Especially if you can get the seats at...More
Thank you for this lovely review, yes if only the frontage was bigger, it is a listed building with a lot of history though.
What a charming cafe near an interesting art quarter of the town. This cafe was located in a beautiful building and specialised in selling specialist teas and coffees as well as serving lovely freshly made food.
Thank you for this review.
Visited Penzance, found this quaint cafe and decided to make it our lunch time visit. We comprised of seven children (10-16) and three adults. The cafe is a little deceptive, rather quirky odd shape, narrowing to the front window, and art nouveau at the facade,...More
We love coming to Mr Billy's for brunch. I have enjoyed the soup on many occasions but my son loves the pancakes. My husband always chooses a salad from the seemingly unending choice, which alternates regularly. The staff are lovely, giving you time to peruse...More
Thank you for this, always glad to help if we can.
Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Good bread, breakfast and service. We liked the collection of teapots too. Recommended.
Thank you for this, hope you managed to get in the sea.
We had been directed here by another which was just closing but despite accurate directions we walked past it 3 times! However it is a lovely relaxed place and made two excellent crab sandwiches for our onward journey.
Hope the crab sandwiches made the journey a little easier.
Sadly we only discovered Mr. Billy's on the penultimate day of our last holiday. The frontage is quite narrow however it is deceptively large inside. Very clean and a welcoming staff. My wife & I both had different cakes which we shared, we couldn't decide...More
Thank you for this, give us a call and we'll make sure the crab soup is available.
