Good view, comfortable & nice environment. Food was nice specially the hot mussels - which were absolutely delicious. The mains weren't that great and small proteins portions (sir loin steak and also the lemon sole) - but fair side sizes. Charged £3 for the steak sauce and onion rings even thought didn't want them. Overall ok but needs improving. Prices... More

Seven of us visited here late afternoon on a Saturday, five of whom had just completed the 17 mile Cousin Jack running race along the coast path from Cape Cornwall, and were in need of sustenance! Tables were quickly pushed together in the window overlooking the harbour, and we were made to feel welcome. Four runners had traditional cod and... More

Visited on a cold windy day, and needed somewhere warm to eat. There was a great choice of meals and I went for the old favourite of fish and chips. Although the service was slow this was obviously because the meals were cooked to order, and we spent the time looking out at the picturesque harbour of St. Ives. the fish... More

St Ives is an annual experience - creatures of habit, the only restaurant on our must revisit list is 'The Beach' it is unpretentious and great seafood - that you can have as you like. The chowder is a must do classic - creamy scrummy messy and filling - you will not be disappointed.

We have been to this fish and chip shop a number times when visiting St Ives and chose this one again on past experiences. Never again!!! They now serve frozen chips. I have since read some recent reviews and others say the same. I was so shocked, I have never had frozen chips from a fish and chip shop before.... More

We ended up in this restaurant by chance having not booked anywhere to eat on our first evening in St Ives. We were not sure what to expect but any apprehension was soon dispelled. The greeting and service were excellent and the food is amazing. The food was cooked to perfection; the service was prompt and professional. The view over... More

Ten of us visited and wanted separate bills! nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the food was very good, the view fabulous across the harbour and beyond, together with a relaxed atmosphere made for a great evening. Great service, food, seating, menu and we were very happy customers, including vegetarian, wheat and dairy free people.

Thank Heather F
