We visited here after being recommended by a few people, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The prices where above what I was expecting for noodles and when it arrived there wasn't a great deal of taste and to my horror both our chicken satay dishes has blood running through the chicken. Completely put me off the rest... More

What a lot of nonsense! All our chefs are highly trained and all our food is produced to the highest and safest standard. I think you must be mistaken about what you think you saw in your food. It's just a shame rather than asking the staff you decided to put it on the internet... More

Has anyone seen our Chilli Garlic Chicken? Me and my girlfriend visited the takeaway recently and ordered our food. The wait for our food was normal as expected in most takeaway places. However when we returned home with our takeaway, we discovered that our Chilli Garlic Chicken was missing and we unable to return to ask for it as it... More

Huge range of drinks available to chose from, fast with food orders (may vary as it wasn't very busy when I visited). Lovely atmosphere and comfortable seating area.

B-Bar is such a great place. It's affordable and so tasty. Great veggie options too. I'm always excited to eat there whether it's to see some music or just to have some dinner. Great for takeaway too!

My wife and I booked a table at this delightfully intimate venue hoping to relax with a drink and a meal whilst watching two very blues musicians, and that's exactly how it turned out. We both ordered Thai monkfish curry, which comes in cardboard boxes and is delicious. The music was great. Thomas Ford is an extremely talented multi-instrumentalist and... More

Visit here was prompted after lots of friends talking about how great the food and atmosphere is. Now don't get me wrong, I love the Barbican theatre and the B Bar is has great live music and atmosphere. When we ate there the restaurant was packed and we were crammed into a tiny space. The food took a very long... More

Back to Plymouth after more than two years I was disappointed to discover than food quality at the B/Bar has precipitated to a much lower level than in the past... The atmosphere is still very nice, unformal, airy and with the addition of the dancing nights. I'll go back and check if this was a particularly unfortunate night or the... More

I don't know how they do it but the food always stays so hot! Always come to BBar to eat in but last night we tried our first take away and would do it again. The food is delicious fresh hot and good sized portions. Well recommended.

There's always a warm welcome from Nieve and all the staff at the B-Bar. We usually go there for the music nights and of course the Thai food. We particularly like 'Pad Pong Gary' - yes, that is a dish!! The B-Bar is certainly one of our favourite music venues - small and intimate plus lovely staff and nice food.

Thank John B
