Came here for a late lunch during a stay in Torquay. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. The place is very quaint and adorable.

The Singing Kettle was on the same road as our hotel and we missed trying last year so definitely wanted to visit this year . It was sooo good we came twice . Great visit. Had a Welsh Rarebit topped with poached egg, followed by a cream tea. All went down very well, thank you very much..! It was our third gluten free cream tea in Torbay, but the first where the scones tasted like scones. First class.

Went in with my boyfriend for breakfast. I wanted my breakfast with brown toast and he wanted white toast. The toast came-1 slice per person- and both were white. Had a fantastic gluten free breakfast here! We have been several times over the years, long before they were on the TV and became well known from that. The SInging Kettle is as non-corporate as you can get. The Singing Kettle is a small family run establishment serving home made scones, cakes, cookies, soups, sandwiches & lite meals including a vast gluten free menu and now a diabetic cream tea . We use local produce, suppliers and Fair Trade product where ever possible. We offer free Wi-Fi and have superfast broadband and are proud to have received 'The Certificate of Excellence' for the fourth year running.
