Food was delicious ...piping hot, served on hot plates and most important of all great coffee! Good waiting staff, spotlessly clean inside and upstairs.

This is an outside gem. Not much seating inside but the sandwiches were amazing but breakfast was even better full English costs were reasonable and staff attentive only downside but fully understandable you have to pay before you get anything. It was superb. So lovely.
