Only found this because a local directed us there. Great proper traditional pub. Excellent pub food. Really nice staff. Can't fault it

Great sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the Lanes , village style old school pub. Loads of interesting genuine olde worlde paraphernalia on the walls. Great selection of beers and wines , always bustling atmosphere with mix of locals and day trippers alike...More

Excellent selection, service with a smile, reasonable prices, cosy premises and old-fashioned general feel to it.

Not excruciatingly trendy or self satisfied, rather a well run efficient friendly local pub with a bit of character, good selection of well kept ales and a much better than average shot at hearty tasty and well done fairly priced food.
