I am rating the daffodil down a point for changing their champagne and charging £90 for Veuve Clicquot - I'm all for a profit but that's just rude. At least when you sold Laurent Perrier Rose - it was an acceptable price and something to...More

The food was reasonably priced as we ate from the ‘January saver’ menu. Starter and dessert were very nice, but 3 of our party had the cod with stir fried vegetables which was incredibly bland!! Overall, we had a great time and the service was...More

Had a lovely afternoon with friends at the Daffodil and enjoyed afternoon tea which was really nice. Disappointed that the automatically add 10% on the bill. When will business realise that we are not Americans and tips are not a right they are earned!! Apart...More

Back in the days before children, no birthday or anniversary was complete without a meal at The Daffodil. We weren’t keen when they revamped the interior many years ago, then had a bad experience some years ago. However whilst looking for somewhere to eat as...More

Firstly the venue is absolutely beautiful. Set in an old Art Deco style theatre, there is bags of charm and decadence at this restaurant. The food is also delicious. Each element of the meal was exceptionally tasty. We were celebrating recently being married and got...More

They have some very good vegetarian options - I think if you talk to them at the time of booking about any allergies, they’ll be able to tell you if they can accommodate you
