All of the seating is on wooden chairs or benches, and many of the tables are quite long. We could not initially find a table but asked people on one of the long tables if they minded us sharing; they did not. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful when we ordered our drinks and food. There was quite... More

I visited this pub last week for a quick drink. The pub itself was nicely set out all wooden furniture and floors with plenty of space between the tables. The bar lady was very friendly and the pint good. Will definitely try there food when in the area

Lovely welcoming smiles by bar staff as we entered this clean and modern pub. Very tasty meals served with the usual smiles! Dog friendly. Can't recommend enough.

Three weeks in the UK, and this is the first pub food that had great seasoning. I had herb crusted cod. But it was the sauce that was really special. My wife had a good sirloin steak with chips. The steak was done as she requested. Mostly this is an under 30 crowd. We were twice their age. A nice... More

We have been to The Crown on several occasions the food has always been excellent. The only thing that I would comment on is that they lower their prices and also their portion sizes, now I'm a big bird but I could not eat all the fish and chips they served and I noticed that there was a lot of... Visted for food yesterday with 4 friends after a stressful morning of nursing exams and thought The Crown would be the perfect place to unwind. 3 of my friends had placed their orders at the bar and had all been asked for ID as they were purchasing alcoholic drinks (rightly so, they do look young and I would of done... We are moving back to the Cirencester area and on Saturday we decided to visit our old local pub to watch the England rugby game. We truly hoped the pub hadn't changed in the 17 years since we left. There were loads of tables and also zones where people could enjoy the pub but not get caught up in the... More
