We are a buzzing little tearooms on Southsea Seafront....adjoined to a 9 hole golf course, we offer scrumptious breakfasts, lunches and delicious cakes! We provide a friendly and relaxed environment, overlooking the golf course, whilst offering freshly prepared meals and cakes. Southsea Golf Links is a 9 hole pitch and putt links course. 'Links course' means 'by the sea' and, as such, the course offers a more challenging environment - due to its exposure to the elements! The course ranges from 50 to 91 metres holes.

Had a lovely lunch with my friend at The Tenth Hole. Although busy it still felt relaxed and tables weren’t crammed in too much so felt safe. My sourdough toast was piled high with pesto, roasted vegetables (peppers), nice grilled halloumi cheese slices and rocket...salad leaves. Filling and very tasty. My friend’s salad looked good too with couscous in. The pot of tea ☕️ was nice and strong as they used tea pigs, we had soya milk with it. We had our cakes ‘to go’, mine a nice homemade fruit scone but loads of other delicious looking cakes were available. Will return soon.More

Had not been to the 10th for several years. We took life long friend today who had never been before. First class lunch menu at great value. Included was a chicken salad with croutons, bacon and dressing. Also recommended was a hollumi salad with a balsamic...dressing. And then there are the cakes and pastries with fresh cream. Superlatives don't do the food justice! Quick efficient service with a smile. Recommended. Glad to be back.More

Visited at lunch time on a sunny Saturday expecting to struggle to be seated, luckily it wasn’t hectic and we had a lovely time, fancied late breakfast and was pleased to see that the breakfast burger was on the all day menu, it was delicious!...Children enjoyed their choices of bacon sandwich and baked potato. Good menu as usual and we followed up with a trademark cake with a cup of tea. The only minus point was that the tea given in a pot takes a while to brew to a decent strength, that’s not enough to stop tenth hole getting a well earned 5/5 as you get Atleast 2 cups out of a potMore

We have eaten at The Tenth Hole many many times and have always left in total amazement, their ever changing menus feature familiar food prepared and served in the most tasty and incredible ways. Nothing short of fantastic on how they can make the simplest...of food taste so good. The facilities are basic but the staff and the whole experience is very professional.More

Had the chicken and bacon salad. Chicken really overcooked and hard to chew and expensive at £9.50. Sandwich was also expensive and not upto par. Service good and friendly staff.

Absolutely Fabulous, the staff are always so super friendly and really helpful, the tables have been moved to keep social distancing, everyone has to sign in or use the covid app, which is really very reassuring. The food is always super tasty and you know...if you're coming here, you're going to leave with a very Happy full tummy. The macaroni cheese is outstanding and the cakes are totally fabulous.More

Arrived on a cold windy day, at first we were seated outside but upon request we were sat in a lovely corner inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered 2 butties, which was a mistake as they are huge! For the low price...I was expecting a small roll but instead I was given a big sandwich. Very nice all around.More
