Great staff, very attentive and the food was just how I remembered it, excellent. Heaters under the cover if it gets a little too chilly

I’m glad we are now able to go back to eating out! As ever friendly and very professional service and knowledgeable staff. A warm welcome into the friendly outdoor area where warm atmosphere was felt. Asparagus were second to none as well as very tasty...Chicken Liver parfait. My bouillabaisse was so tasty and croutons, grated cheese and rouille were generous enough not to have to request for more. We couldn’t resist to share a pudding despite the size of the portions. Certainly now our favourite restaurant in CanterburyMore

We visited the Corner House several times before lockdown. We always enjoyed it especially the lamb to share. We ate there yesterday lunchtime and it was as delicious as we remembered.

Had an amazing meal on Friday evening at the Corner House for my boyfriend’s birthday. Gorgeous food, staff were so attentive and accommodating. Had a table under the heater and was fine outside. The meal waiter was just brilliant and so good. Thank you so...much!More

Great food and great service - set price for 2 or 3 courses and very reasonable given the quality of the dishes. My wife had vegetarian tart and I had pork shoulder. Will be back soon.

Just in time for our 3 girly birthdays again and this time a golden wedding anniversary too. Faultless as ever and good to see Matt, even though it was absolutely FREEZING!

We have eaten once in the restaurant when it was allowed and had a superb meal and great service. Looked forward to returning when they were allowed to reopen. Luckily for us Matt has cleverly launched Corner House at Home. We had the Easter Feast...which more than lived up to its name. All the courses were carefully prepared and packed and came with easy to follow instructions to prepare. It was delicious and the portions were generous. I’m sure we will be treating ourselves again soon.More

Thank you Matt and team for another superb Dinner At Home: this time for Easter. It was excellent and sophisticated. Very easy to prepare, but gives a restaurant-quality dining experience that unless you are a great home cook or have a week to prepare, would...be almost impossible to replicate yourself. I would think anyone could follow the instructions whatever their cooking skills and impress. From the garlic pesto to the meltingly soft lamb shoulder to the chocolate/peanut fondant to the special custard creams - all faultless, delicious and extremely good value for money. Now can't wait to have Sunday lunch in a few weeks' time at the Canterbury restaurant.More

Hello, at the time I did walk in and was lucky enough to get a table. It was very busy so might worth booking a table if you are sure you want to eat there

Maybe not. Its not a great vibe when you are on a date with nice glass of wine after 8pm and you have kiddies table next to you.
