Visited last night, nice place, lovely surroundings, friendly staff but that's were it stops. Starter was nice for humous and Pitta bread .. but main of the Marrakesh lamb tagine was awful ! So bland I could t eat it ! The sweetest thing about it was the two prunes in the middle, no taste to it. Really disappointed, manager at... More

My first taste of Morroccan food and Im hooked. This is a lovely, small, friendly busy little restaurant serving delicious food. My meatball tagine was superb, as was the morroccan lamb that my partner had. Recommended.

Our first visit was about 6 months ago and was midweek and early evening. We were in a hurry and was sufficiently encouraged on that occasion to try again with more time to enjoy a Morrocan evening. Unfortunately the whole experience this time around was disappointing. The restaurant was busy being Saturday night but we had to wait ages to... More

I have never eaten here before so when my friend suggested eating here for my birthday treat I was delighted. We ate here at teatime so there was only one other couple eating here when we arrived. The waitress was attentive and the food arrived piping hot in a tagine. I had the lamb tagine and had pitta bread with... More

Considering how long this place has been a regular feature on Princes Ave I cannot believe I've never been before and I've been missing a treat. Lovely decor which sets it aside from anything else in Hull and delicious spicy food. Service was excellent and it feels just so relaxed and enjoyable especially for a couples meal. This will be... We decided to go for breakfast here as a full English is offered as well as my personal choice, a Lebanese breakfast. The full English was very disappointing, beans and bacon cold, sausage deep fried, as were the mushrooms, bacon undercooked and a bit fatty, ungenerous amount of toast with margarine, not butter. The halloumi in the Lebanese breakfast had... More

Wow! What a fantastic restaurant. Solid 10/10, a must visit if in Hull (or within driving distance, you won't be disappointed). We got a very warm welcome by staff that could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable on Moroccan food and culture. The atmosphere was great, with amazing decoration, lighting and music. The food is out of this world!... More

Food was piping hot and came after a bit of a wait. But didn't mind waiting for good food - it was worth it. Only thing was I ordered pitta bread with my tagine meal and they only brought two halves - so was expecting a bit more than that for the price to be honest!! Also the same with... More
