Visited as a family and staff couldn't have been more helpful to ensure everyone had what they needed, food was excellent. You can't book at this place....early doors menu pre 1830 is worth a look too!

Made very welcome. We both had pizzas which were a good size with plenty of topping and piping hot. Carafe of water provided without asking. Desserts were good as well. All in all a good experience.

Had nice meals here. The place is not large, and they don't take bookings, so they say you can have a drink next door while you wait for a table. The food and the service were worth a wait though.

Went for short walk with the intention of buying food for lunch but ended up here instead. I had a lovely bowl full of rabbit and pasta and my husband had mushroom ravioli. Both dishes were delicious and worth every penny.
