Arrived at 2pm on a Monday and the only food available was soup, goulash or nachos, which looked and smelled tasty. As we didn't want food, we just ordered drinks, which were served with a friendly smile and greeting. Ample seating. Clean toilets. Very welcoming.

Very busy pub whatever time of day you visit. dog friendly, is famed for Hungarian goulash,a small portion is ample for females , gets full quickly and not enough seating area.
The sandwiches at mid day were not up to the usual standard, the bread was dry and the salad was limp and looked like dandelion leaves. Having said that, they were busy, the service was quick and the beer was good.
