Visited on Saturday 22nd August late afternoon. Restaurant was quite busy but we were served very quickly. Staff were very friendly. We ordered a sharing platter and it was HUGE. Fresh, hot and delicious. Great place to eat and we will certainly be back next time we're in Blackpool.

We went here for a sunday evening meal, before visiting the theatre. One rare fillet steak and medium well done T-bone steak both of which were cooked to perfection, with an accompanying baked potato, and salad. The loaded potato skins, and garlic mushrooms were wonderful, and surprisingly big portions. We could not fault the food in any way. The not... More

Awesome food, especially the burgers and milkshakes. Nice veggi burger too. Good value for money as you get a lot of food. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Great location right in the town centre. It's upstairs so not wheelchair friendly and the toilets are tiny. Also has a bar

We visit West Coast regularly (we didn't realise how regularly til last time we went and the staff knew our drinks 😮!). Wide range of food including Mexican, plenty of choices in the drinks department and consistently high standard with staff who are always friendly and you're not made to feel like a nuisance no matter how busy they are.... Visited for an evening meal. Menu was extensive but I chose steak and I have to say I was not disappointed. Good was well cooked and hot on arrival at the table. The staff were very efficient and the restaurant was busy. With everyone around enjoying their food.

Visited for lunch. It was very quiet but our food took ages to come. The burger bun and hot dog buns were stale, salad came on the burger when we specifically stated 'no salad'. The chips were strange, really chewy, tasteless and hard to eat. most annoying though was the cheap, disgusting ketchup inside the heinz bottles with the labels... More

I love the chilled atmosphere of this place. The food is quick, cheap and they have massive portions. There is a variety of food and the take out is good too, which I have ordered on a weekend to get my fix of the west coast cafe food. The staff are helpful and relaxed, all on all a lovely restaurant... More

We always call in here on a visit to Blackpool, so thought I should share (like others ) the joys of eating here . The menu is extensive, the portions are big !! but it's an American themed diner so thats what you should expect :O). That said It's really a great place to eat, feels authentic, food and service...
