We have not had a bad meal in this place. Food is great and very reasonably priced. Atmosphere relaxed and the owner Sharon is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the food on the menu. A great little find and we will be back!

We had a lovely evening at the Lemon Tree the staff were so friendly and helpful ,especially as we're a rather fussy bunch to feed but nothing was a problem and they happily swopped the menu choices around to accommodate us all . Food was lovely and well presented. Will definitely recommend and will be going again .

I've been meaning to visit the restaurant for years based on how close it is to my house and also the good reviews! I came here with my friends a couple of months back. It's a really cute bistro, they had a xx good deal for 2 courses, 1 menu was £9.95 and the other one was £12.95. There was... More

We walked into a lovely warm and welcoming environment. The tables are lovely and big with plenty of space, even though it is a tiny little place. The menu is limited but the options available to cover a wide range of tastes. The food we ordered was amazing, and the waiting staff were happy to accommodate any special food requests... More

What do you say about a restaurant that you have visited so often that you are old friends? Well is is all about food. Last night I went for a homely Winter Vegetable Soup & my favourite Steak (medium/rare/perfect). But for desert we tried the Cranachan - Oatmeal, Whiskey, Honey, Rasberries. It was so divine I had to take a... More

Small restaurant, with limited number of tables but supreme genuine food. We enjoyed every single bite. Stuff were all freshly prepared and hand made, with the exception of the sorbet that came with the dessert. I particularly enjoyed the Portobello mushroom with spinach leaves and Welsh rarebit (which I assume it's a creamy Welsh cheese): recommended. The menu is constantly... More

The food didn't disappoint. Very tasty and fresh. Dont normally have 3 courses , but couldn't resist trying desert. Glad we did delicious without being stodgy.. We will definitely... More

I asked my dad where he'd like to go for a birthday meal and he left the decision to me so we came to the Lemon Tree as I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the place. The food was lovely and the staff were brilliant. We'll definitely continue to come here and recommend it to... More
