Excellent customer service, the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked them to explain how the different coal and electronic Shisha pipe worked. Definitely a place I would visit again especially to chill and relax after a long day. The price could be a little cheaper but other than that everything was excellent!

The shisha was great and the service even better! Cool, friendly staff which did the extra to make you have a good time. Look for the Romanian guy who speaks like a rapper! 😁

I love Moroccan / North African food but the food here is certainly not very authentic - plus, on the night we visited it was really crowded & we were cramped on tables at the back. Overall the experience wasn't great and wouldn't rush back...shame really.

Went here for quiet meal for 2 pre-theatre and had whole of downstairs to ourselves. We had a gourmet society card so we were offered one of 2 set menus. Had the Marrakesh which was a selection of meze to start - all really tasty and enjoyable - and a lamb tagine and chicken tagine for main... both were excellent.... More

Booked a table for 10, turned up with 6, didn't even have space of us then, they didn't even check, atmosphere was rubbish especially for a Friday night, unfriendly staff, shady, made us sit in the shisha room even though we had two asthmatics, very uncomfortable atmosphere with people staring, no music, silent awkward atmosphere, we left after 5 mins,... Very rude waitress with an attitude to customers. Apparently you cannot order shisha without drinks and it's their "policy", and when we asked for water because shisha is already expensive and we did not want to spend even more on drinks for us as it just sounds as a rip off for money, the waitress expressed huge attitude to us...
