Delicious fish n chips. Fresh cod fish in thick tasty batter with a large portion of hand made chips and great service. The fish menu looked great but we love to have English fish n chips when we visit London so we didn't consider other dishes. The quality of food and service did not disappoint.

We visited yesterday evening having pre booked .. on arrival we wasn't sure if we were in the right place, as the front is wet fish shop, then it makes sense as it's a fish restaurant! we were taken to our table & the first thing I see is a load of duck tape repair to the bench chair we... More

Great selection of seafood and flavoursome dishes. Service was friendly and attentive. I had the tuna steak for mains and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Great for catching up with a friend or a date. I would definitely go back again.

Having been to the sister restaurant at Piccadilly, we now had a chance to also try the Marylebone branch. Equally good, if not better! Their Fisherman Zuppa remains one of our favourites, but their daily special lobster bisque was as good as. In general, our advice is to go with the daily menu and you will not be disappointed. My... A cosy restaurant which displays their daily seafood collection. Everything such as mussels, boulibase were good except we found the raw oysters from Jersey we were very skinny.

We went to this restaurant today for a late lunch. The concept of having a fishmonger at the front with the restaurant at the back is great. Decor is ok, but personally I prefer to have my table covered with a tablecloth. We ordered langoustine bisque and Lindisfarne oysters to begin. The bisque was really very good lots of warm... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
