This is a generic Wagamama so the food is as you'd expect from this chain. I had squid, greens and ribs and the thing that made this stand out was the service. Recommended if you're in the vicinity.

Went for an early supper on saturday and i must say this was not a good example of the food or service that wagamama has built its success on - both food and service were slow not very good at all. Our food sat on the hot plate for nearly 10 mins and then was served cold they replaced it... More

We had a takeaway from this restaurant today, and it was absolutely awful. The miso soups were cold and we had half a bowl each. Duck dumplings looked like they had been cooked a week ago and reheated several times. the same for the chicken dish and the noodles. incredibly disappointed. If we were not all starving we would have... More

I visited as I thought the food would be tasty and quick as I was on my way to a meeting. I was offered a table outside which I was happy to take as it was a little warm inside. After being seated no serving staff came outside for at least ten minutes. Eventually a waiter came and took an... More

Didn't expect to eat here in London but actually did so twice as it's good hearty Asian food and doesn't cost the earth to get it and good service. A wide range to chose from and very pleasant though busy environment.

I have to say this is one of the few consistently good restaurants where there are too many wonderful choices! The chicken Gyoza and the raw salad are to die for as is the surprisingly good chicken and prawn pad thai, the beef teriyaki soba and the teriyaki lamb is also a complete winner! There really is something for everyone... More

It was absolutely pouring with rain and the place was packed but we were seated quickly, ordered and food came out relatively quickly too! Great food, noisey but what do you expect! ☺️

We enjoyed a nice meal at this Wagamama after stumbling upon it having a wander round during our first night of mini break. It was busy, we were probably lucky to get a seat. The staff were nice enough, seemed a little harassed but polite and welcoming. The food was nice, as was the wine. We found the restaurant to... More

the food is simple and pretty good, but sometimes requires adding quite a bit of salt or soy sauce or something to get more flavor. the service isn't always great either, they appear understaffed. the portions are very large and generous.

An enjoyable meal, with a much improved menu so our party (of 4) could each have their desired choice. I had the Wagamama special noodle soup with pork, fish sticks, and mushrooms, and veg. - delicious, others had chicken teriyaki rice, large salad, chicken gyozo (dumplings) all delicious, in the jolly atmosphere, although you are no longer forced to sit... Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
