Had dinner for 2. My lady friend was very concerned at the lack of privacy between tables and the layout being very claustrophobic. This was confirmed when I sat down and the waiter pushed the table towards me to the wall, so there was more space in the middle aisle. We noticed it was not particularly busy and saw a... More

We tried this place on a voucher first and have been going back since. The food here is really good and nicely presented. You get a decent portion size, real napkins and friendly service. It's a small restaurant and is not really that busy during the week, which is a shame. however, I would recommend this place compared to other... More

Great service. We had curries we'd never tried before and both were great. They were very full and despite not having a booking they fitted us in.

We were greeted like monarchs and made feel special from the minute we walked in the restaurant to order two (not twenty) takeaways. Sweet chilli king prawns and lamb korma. The delivery came after less than 40 minutes as we were told. But, to our surprise we found two containers with some lamb and 3 baby prawns (maybe the child... More

A lovely little restaurant with an extensive mouth watering menu! Generous portions of tasty curries that are authentic and not "softened" for western tastebuds. Pleasantly surprised, and will be back.

A very popular local Indian restaurant that in return is very supportive of the local community. Really friendly owner and staff and a very wide range of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes. They also deliver.....

We had a food delivery at home today. I can not tell you how disappointed we were with the quality of food. Disguised as Indian food, this clearly was not Indian food!! There was so much sugar in everything- dal, paneer and raita- all tasted like deserts. Chicken was tasteless. Only food that was palatable was Bombay potatoes. Even Rotis... More

I was working in area and chose this restaurant at random as I fancied a quick Indian meal. I ordered a Lamb Dhansak with Mushroom Pilau and a Paratha. The staff made me very welcome and I was not uncomfortable dining alone. The food was beautifully presented, high quality and we'll cooked. As good a Dhansak as I've had anywhere.... More

Coming to London from way out West is Bombay Nights, the Hampstead branch of a popular West Country mini-chain. With restaurants in Bristol and Bath it was only a matter of time before the capital got in on the act. And surprisingly Bombay Nights is already making its mark in a City packed with Indian restaurants. How? By combining unpretentious but stylish interiors using simple brown leather and white tablecloths with warm red walls with good, honest food. With a strong vegetarian menu which doesnt compromise on flavour, plus beautifully spiced regional meat, fish and seafood dishes this is truly a restaurant which takes Indian dining to the next level.
