Concept- really fun to try. Would recommend trying it at least once. Food- nice food. Glad i could see pictures before ordering. Slightly over priced. The diet cola is less than a can for £2.25! Staff- The staff were friendly but really poor service even before they got busy. No response to the 'call the waitress' service, we had a... More

After passing by number of times decided to satisfy my curiosity of concept, ordering via an interactive projector interface sounds fancy but soon becomes annoying as can't scan entire menu at once you have to keep going back and forth between tabs to decide upon your choice. Though we were informed by server that it is tapas style menu but... More

Waiting staff were excellent. It appeared as though management could not care less. Received two less dishes than ordered and management just told us 'sometimes dishes run out', considering this was after we ordered, this was not really good enough for a Friday evening, no apology and not a full meal. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place at all costs. A farce of a restaurant. Management could not care less about customer service.

Ate here as a table for 4 on Saturday 7th January. We're told there was a table limit of 90 minutes. This restaurant has a funky ordering system whereby you have an interactive projected table top from which you order food and drinks. The "waitress" gave us a quick guide but forgot to mention the one important thing. DONT ORDER... More

An interesting and different dining experience, good food and great selection. Very user friendly technology that allows you to preview any dish & drink before purchase . Service wasn't at its best which is a shame. More attention is definitely needed especially when you order bottles of wine and in several occasions we had to remember the waiter we also... More

I had been curious about the concept of ordering your food via an electronic interface on your table, whilst it sounds good the reality is, that it is a little clunky and you cannot scan the entirety of the menu at once so you have to keep going back and forth a lot. Also I am always sceptical of restaurants... More

Even before being seated the host told us how long we had the table for. Our seating was then extended but I did not see the need for this in an empty restaurant we were pretty much the only guests there. The staff were rude and were constantly lingering around our table to removed empty dishes. Also all the dishes... More

My Partner and I visited Inamo after hearing about this concept restaurant from friends. The food was ok, nothing to rave about and over priced for what it was. satay chicken was burnt, sushi was rolled poorly, the buns were stale and the meat that you were meant to fill it with was over cooked and dry. But what disappointed... More

I came to Inamo with my boyfriend and we were left hugely disappointed by both the food and the staff. We ordered from the set menu of 4 courses for £20. One of our starters was the fried seafood which was mostly batter and hardly any fish. We also ordered miso soup and chicken and sweetcorn soup which were both... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
