Went for lunch after walking around the east end. Smart place, packed with suits from the surroundings but the atmosphere was very relaxed and informal. Service was great, which was helpful as there are so many choices of cuts and sizes. The food was incredible,...More

I’ve visited both the Soho and City branches and the food and service is consistently fantastic. The “all in” is a must have as in the cheesecake which is served in a bowl, home style scooped from a big porcelain dish. Quality meats, yummy dessert,...More

Having been to good steakhouse Inc Goodmans, Hawksmoor, Gaucho, etc I was looking for an alternative that cooks decent meat. Thus venue didn't let me down. A good range of different meats supported my a simple but effective menu. Happy to revisit.

One of the go-to choices in the City. The set menu is excellent as are the sides. Charred butternut squash is a delight. Whole experience is first class.

Basically chops - beef, lamb and pork in various shapes and sizes. The "pre-chop bites" were interesting but more of an amuse-bouche - but then you need to leave space for the meat. My winter salad on the side was delicious. Service good. The only...More
