Lovely little cafe with a friendly ambience. Panini's are a bit different and very tasty. I'd definitely return for a bargain snack.

This was around the corner from The Ampersand, where I stayed for a few nights. I had a coffee and the goat cheese toast, both of which were yummy. It's a small cafe and there seemed to be regulars coming in and out - tells...More

Like it's owner, this café brings together the British business sense with French charm, that is very good customer service and French food. The portions are generous and reasonably priced for this part of town. I will visit again on my next visit to the...More

Found this on TA, wanting to avoid the overpriced eateries near to South Kensington station. Lovely fresh baguettes with tasty fillings, generous amount of tea and good flat white. In a lovely side street complete with fishmonger! Caters as do many local establishments for the...More

The New Yorker sandwich was amazing. And the owner so friendly and funny!!! Excellent cappuccino, thought the chocolate croissant wasn't the best.

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
