Konaki is one of those few places where you don't want to recommend because it's already hard enough getting a table without a reservation and it really puts all the chain Greek places to shame. The delicious, fresh starter dishes alone of the mezze would...More

The food and staff will make you feel like you're In taverna on holiday, rather than Bloomsbury . The quality and value are outstanding. We share a cold starter and it was delicious. Sit outside if you can

This is a charming little Greek restaurant on a side street in Bloomsbury, It's minutes from the British Museum and several major Bloomsbury hotels, and a short walk from three major West End theatres, the Dominion, Shaftesbury and Phoenix. You get a warm welcome when...More

When you look at Konaki from the outside it looks the same as any other restaurant. But ...... when you get in the restaurant it has bags of atmosphere and to add to that a lovely little outside yard to sit in. You don't feel...More

Seek out this charming little Greek restaurant if you find yourself in the Bloomsbury area of London. We stumbled across it whilst looking for somewhere to eat & couldn't have been more pleased to have found it. It looks as though it could be family-owned...More

The food was average as was the service. We felt a bit rushed to eat and leave. It is hard to recommend the restaurant we only picked it because it was getting late and we wanted a place to eat - it did its job...More

A stone's throw from the British Museum, Konaki always feels like a neighbourhood restaurant tucked away in the backstreets of Bloomsbury. We've always gone early (5.30 ish) and it is always starting to get busy. We opt for the 2 courses for £13.50 which is...More

This was our third visit to Konaki, but the first for dinner. The meal was better than we had had at lunchtimes and the staff were excellent. The pricing of food and drinks is much better than many other Cities in the UK. We did...More

Yes. Meat, fish, salads. You will need to ask the waiting staff about their dips, but hummous and tsatziki, should be fine. Ask for veg crudités, raw. Don't go at a busy time, or you may not get the attention you deserve.
