We had dinner last Friday 10th February and had to wait 40 minutes for steak and chips. Actually the steak was 2 small roundles of meat which was tough and flavourless. There were not many chips for what was over £20 each - expensive even for central London. We had an inexperienced student German waitress who could not understand much... More

Terroirs has an interesting and varied menu. Its based around traditional French cuisine but with a twist. I had the Boudin Noir with onions which was excellent. the charcuteries was good too. the wine list is extensive.

Fun ambiance with a daily lunch special for $10 including a glass of wine. Butternut squash risotto was delicious and all the food we saw looked good.

Great hideaway away from the crowds of nearby Trafalgar square or Leicester square. We have been here a few times and always delicious food. Be careful on the wines, they can be pricey £35/40 for something new and untested (6 myths old). Staff are helpful on the choices though.

Have to say lovely place nice staff and good food. Only concern is the size of the food for the price you pay. Don't expect much for your money but the food tastes good

We have been here a couple of times for lunch in the last year while in London and staying nearby. We have enjoyed it each time and the atmosphere is comfortable, but with lots going on. The menu is interesting (and I mean that in a good way!), with specials that each time we have tried them have been great.... More

When you have to look at the menu for 15 minutes trying to find something you might like you know there's a problem. Strange menu that seems to be inspired by what the chef wants to try out rather than what customers might actually enjoy. Quality of the food was OK but not amazing. Main dishes are in the £15-20... We enjoyed a couple of delicious glasses of wine and a few tasty nibbles. The ambience is very relaxed and authentic. Lorenzo served us and was unbelievably helpful, he went the extra mile, explained the wines to us and was the cherry on the cake.

We came here for a meal before heading to the cinema - so we only had about an hour and a bit to spare for a proper meal - quick service and we even got through most of a bottle of wine! It's always a challenge fitting in a decent meal before your movie time - we didn't want to... More

I loved this place so much I came back something like 3 times in a month and each time I was so pleased with it I keep taking friends! The menu changes a bit so I can indulge in ordering something new each time and the warm apple dessert was to die for last time I tried it! Lovely champagne... More

Terroirs is a well established natural wine bar serving drinks with energy and food with respect. Terroirs is split between two levels. The street-level restaurant has some outdoor seating and a large bar counter that can seat up to 14 people, with a great view of the open kitchen. The Cellar downstairs has very high ceilings and original brick walls, with a separate kitchen and bar area. As well as being a dinning room, it's used for in-house events such as winemaker dinners and movie screenings, and is also available for private hire.
