This place had great coffee! (As a Swede that is saying something.) When me and my friend arrived it was a line but we still got to order quickly. There was more seating downstairs. The staff was quick and helpful. The prices were good 2 medium lattes and cake pieces for under £12.

I have popped into many branches of this chain around the UK and this one compared well. Service was prompt despite the fact that it was very busy. It has some outside tables, though these were occupied at the time. The place has good wi-fi if this is important to you (it was to me at the time). Coffee was... More

Popped in here for a cuppa. My wife coffee was excellent but my tea was a little off - it was not hot enough and so the flavour was a little off. After going back to the staff, they replaced my tea with a new one which was marginally better but still not hot enough.

Lovely coffee is always available at caffe Nero but this particular branch needs a liitle TLC. We arrived around 10.30am and it already looked like it had been busy. We purchased an ice latte and normal latte and sat by the window to watch the world go by. The tables had not been wiped from previous customers and the chairs... More

I really enjoyed the frappe and liked how the barista didn't fill it with whipped cream like other places. In comparison to Starbucks, it's much more natural and doesn't have a lot of sugar in it. In the end, it was really refreshing!

I wouldn't normally review a coffee/cafe where I just had coffee but thought I would review cafe Nero near Covent Garden today as I had a very pleasant experience. Nice ambience and very pleasant and polite staff members. Coffee was great and sitting outside in the sun was a very pleasant experience today

My business partner and I found this cafe most agreeable, in terms of location and service as well as the quality of the beverages. There is ample space in the cafe and you feel like you could be in Italy! Definitely recommended as an oasis in busy Central London :)

I enjoyed my cappuccino custom made. Great ambiance. There is Caffe Nero every where, and the selection and service are great.

We went for a business meeting, just picked up an Americano and a big cookie. The coffee was great (thankfully), but the cookie was rather disappointing. This si not the first time i have felt disappointed by the cakes/biscuits. But it is a lovely location for a meeting or a timeout.
