I came to dine here last week whilst staying at the hotel opposite. Really really lovely friendly staff and the food was top notch too! Another thing that I noticed was how great the music was this particular night! Random but true

First night in London this definitely hit the spot. Friendly staff good value ample portions. Teriyaki chicken and pad Thai were excellent as were steamed dumplings. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to a Wagamama restaurant, the food is cooked to order and was incredible, the staff were very friendly and helpful with my enquiries, I look forward to going again

As a general rule, I would not choose a restaurant chain for a cuisine that is so cultural and so much rooted in the home cooking skills of eastern peoples. I would say that these flavours and techniques would be hard to reproduce in an serialized way. That's exactly what amazes me about wagamama. They really make it believable, or,... More

Really enjoyed our visit. It seems a bit weird all the food arriving at different times but it actually makes for an interesting meal. All our food was really tasty especially the little dumplings we had which were soft as you like and packed with flavour.

Visited here. Service: Fairly Good Staff: Amazing Chef: Undedicated Food: Horrible. Burnt fried gyozu. Watery flavorless ramen. Verdict: Never going back.

This is an easy one. It's wagamamas. What's to review? It''s the same everywhere. Free green tea and glasses of water are always good and the chicken katsu curry is a winner every time.

Went here for something to eat while down London on business. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was fresh, spices and hot with alround good atmosphere. Staff were very efficient and polite. Excellent. One criticism would be the seating. Would be better with cushions on the bench seats. Only a personal thing to me. 5 ratings from me.

Thank Gazzer T

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
