On a day out, our group of 12 had a booking here - on arrival they'd lost our booking and couldn't accommodate immediately, so we had an hour downstairs in the bar until a table could be made available for us. The bar is (as...More

We really enjoyed our trip to HIX. The kids menu was excellent with a good choice at good prices. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, crisp, delicious and perfectly seasoned.

This was my second visit, fresh and good quality ingredients that you can taste. Good selection of wine. The service could be better, needs a bit of improvement. We will go back again.
