This restaurant seemed to have quite a few customers in so we thought we would give it a try. What a mistake. The service was ok, but the food was absolutely disgusting, very bland, hardly any meat loads of sauce and onion. We have had much better curries from the supermarket! And very overpriced, but watch out....the menu on display... More

Had a lovely dinner, went with the suggested set menu for two. The food was brilliant, tasty, spicy and full of Indian flavour and the service was outstanding. Friendly and welcoming, informative, not overly suggestive and very attentive.

I wish I looked on trip advisor before going into New Asia, the take away food was stale from start to finish. Not fresh in any shape or form. I wonder how long the food was sitting around before being re-heated and served. I wont be going back.

Stayed in a hotel just up the road which was wonderful so wanted a quick bite to eat before a concert. Signage didn't really entice us in but thought we would give it a go but wished we had kept walking. Had to put my coat on for most of the meal as there was a huge draught coming from... More

Not on the High Street but tucked away in Hogath Place, near earl's Court Station. Perfect for us, a great meal, wide choice of meals. all Indian. Prices WERE reasonable. Service helpful, patient, kind and willing.

Never ever, in my entire life, I have been to a restaurant where nobody seems to know anything. The food is supposed to be Indian which it hardly is. Everything looks overpriced and the staff doesn't know anything. The food tastes just about ok not even bearable. We were kept waiting at our table for some inexplicable reason. Took a... More

The personal were nice and the time for getting the food was ok. Price was reanosably. The problem was that the food was boring, and we had several dishes. Not spicy, no inner taste. Sorry but it can really be much better!

Visited this restaurant on 22nd October 2016. We were late as we had a tour to Bath which got back late. For this the five of us were reprimanded . Our starters was sheekh kebabs they arrived cold so we sent it back. The curries were mediocre. We have eaten curries at many restaurants around the world and this was... More

There is nothing good in this place. Don't go. Horrible food. Terrible service. They don't have the things on the menu. You can only have indian beer. For the same price you can get the dinner in Soho. You are wasting the money.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
