This hotel is total disaster from bottom to top. I had to stay there several times because of business, and every time it was catastrophic experience. Once i was taking bath and it was 12st January and the bath started flooding the bathroom itself and a room! all my clothes was on a floor, and i did stay for one... More

Visited Leicester House for the burgers from Le Bun which was here for a couple of months as a pop-up restaurant. The burger (the Truffle Double Double) was probably the best burger I've ever eaten. It really was amazing. The service (which I assume is provided by the restaurant and not by the pop-up) was excellent, although we were left... More

I went for a afternoon midweek drink before cinema. Was quiet and empty. Location /Atmosphere - 3/5 Decent interior desing, but nothing fancy. If you planning to sit outside, think twice! Metal chairs are very uncomfortable and cold. Service- 5/5 Staff very polite and friendly, can't complain. Value - 4/5 The place is a bit overpriced. However we received a... More

I booked this hotel and obviously looked at their website which advertises a French Vietnamese restaurant and bar open all day. On arrival we were told the bar and restaurant had been closed. The shutters were closed and the room was not accessible other than for breakfast. In addition there was no room service offered. In effect what was advertised... More

We were in town for the FrightFest horror film festival. We're hardcore film fans who don't like to miss a moment, so we tend to survive on hot dogs and nachos in the cinema or snacks we get from the corner shop. But we found ourselves with a spare lunchtime for once and Leicester House had caught our eye as... More

Best ribs I've ever had, really friendly service and great cocktails! Would highly recommend it! The location is great to meet up with friends before going to a theatre or a night out.

We came here for an early dinner before the theatre. The food is vietnamese/asian with a good short menu. Flavours were wonderful with a great belly pork steamed bun and asian coleslaw - these dishes were our favourites. Staff are friendly, many people drinking outside. Dining room not busy, lacked atmosphere, but we were there before 7pm. There was a... More

The food is delicious here and the location perfect before going to a theatre show or just hanging and eating well after shopping! The staff are super friendly and accommodating I will definitely go back and visit!

Really delicious, fresh British food, beautifully cooked, and at very reasonable prices. The pre theatre set menu is very good - when I last went, there was beautifully cooked meat, came with different veg to those listed, but all very good. Slightly disappointing roulade for dessert, but that is the first time I've had something there which didn't hit the... More

There's only an either/or choice on the pre-theatre menu but both the main course (fish) and the pudding (roulade) were really outstanding. (The artichoke and pea starter was, to my taste, so delicate as to be dull, but exquisitely presented!) I'm told it has a Michelin star - very likely. A bonus is that wine was from £5 a glass... Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
