We use PV a lot and wherever we can, but I must say; recently the rudeness of staff has become worse than ever. There seems to be a trend of treating customers like cattle and Piccadilly was no exception today.

We stopped here for a morning break on a hot summer day. Probably the best cup of coffee we had in London. We like it strong, and strong it was, and served in a large cup. Service was excellent, price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Requiring just a breakfast tea, a coffee and two warm croissants as we were in a hurry, we were served the tea and coffee quite promptly, however it was another 20 minutes before the two lukewarm croissants arrived. As there were only two other customers...More

Ideally located in Picadilly Street near our hotel, Parisserie Valerie is excellent for Breakfast, Coffee, and Dessert. They also serve lunch and dinners.

Feeling a little peckish after a long walk, we popped in to Patisserie Valerie. We chose the cream tea for two. We had a selection of finger sandwiches, warm scones and a variety of fresh cakes, plus plenty of tea. The food was good, and...More

I like the cakes in Patisserie Valerie but the afternoon tea was really unpleasant. We had a voucher for two - hence the afternoon tea. The male waiter was fine but the woman who brought the tea, declined to bring me any extra hot water...More

Went for afternoon tea for two as a friend had given us a voucher. I've had several afternoon teas over the years and this ranks as the worst so far. If you like your afternoon tea on a Formica table with hardly a hair's breadth...More

Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which

I only reviewed the café. I have no idea about reservations. I am pretty sure that you would be able to have a nice afternoon tea there.

I've only ever walked in. I don't know if they book. It can be busy at times but is fine for tea.
