I've been to cocochan exactly four times and yet it never ceases to impress me. I had a bento box lunch special the first time and it was one of the most heavenly selection of food I had come across. The last three times I opted for tiger prawn tempura, chili squid -these two are always a must- alongside other... More

It was incredible! Beautifully cooked and so tasty. I ordered the vegetable noodles to go with it and they were mouthwatering. It's was expensive £27 for the Cod and £6 for the noodles but as always you pay for what you get. A nice treat but not everyday. None of the desert jumped out at me but that's because I'm... More

We went to the Cocochan for a light after-shopping dinner and were delighted! The cocktails were very good and nicely decorated. I had the sushi and have to rate it as one of the best sushi I ever had! My two colleagues hat the thai curry and also liked it very much. Also price-value as absolutely fine.

Been here a few times now, and its been amazing every time. Definitely best to get a few different sushi dishes to share with whomever you are dining with. Not the cheapest place but definitely worth every penny.

We chose this restaurant at random on our way back from the Wallace Collection and did not expext much in such a touristy area, but what a surprise! The lamb cutlets were the best I've ever had and served with delicious Kimchi and aside order of vegetable egg noodles. It was the best Asian meal I've had in London.

The menu consists of the most popular dishes from Far East and South East: dim sum, thai curry, sushi etc. Though mix sounds strange, the food is good. Also they make nice cocktails with eastern twist. Service is very good, happy to explain the menu and accommodate personal tastes. In my case prepared cocktail with less sugar

The restaurant is modern and very nice. We ordered a mix of dumplings: they have been served quickly and was delicious. It was perfect restaurant for our business lunch as it was quite. Also took a dessert and we got surprised with delicious popcorn icecream on a melty chocolate cake. Really good.

We randomly picked Cocochan and had a great time. We order all types of appetizers and they were all very delicious. The wait staff was always there and very attentive. We had a group that was rather loud beside us which was irritating however the great and variety foods was worth it. Next time I am in London with my... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
