My daughter and I hit Zizzi’s as it’s a brand we know and trust, unfortunately neither the food or the service give us any reason to go back or recommend, not up to the usual Zizzi’s standard.

Hugely accommodating of a large group with excellent service throughout. Had a set menu with pre-ordered food due to large numbers. Highly impressive food and will be recommending to anyone who wants a group booking in the future

We took advantage of a discount voucher. It was very busy at lunchtime and we were initially turned away, but they came back out to say there was a cancellation. Anyway I had the veggie pizza and it was good. Fresh with a nice base...More

I walked in and asked if dogs are allowed in the restaurant (I have a pug puppy). The manager responded "No chance, it's against the law". Now, that's not true as we regularly dine every week somewhere in london with our little friend. In fact,...More

Pasta of my sister and Her husbabd were okay but my "risotto" was unfortunatelly not good : a real risotto is made with special Rice, round one, not normal thin Rice. Too bad... last point : we waited a lot...

My daughter and I stopped by here for a bite to eat between museums, and we were greeted and served by Russel, who couldn't do enough for us, even helping with Tesco vouchers when I would have been wasting a high denomination on the bill!...More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Smack dab in the middle of one of London’s top shopping destinations, our One New Change restaurant, is the perfect relief after a long day of shopping or for a lunch-time catch up with friends. Dotted around the restaurant are small homages to the Cheapside (cheap meaning market) area where each street name reflects the type of trade that went on. You’ll see nods to Milk Street, Bread Street and, of course, Honey Lane. Ah the Victorian era…things were so straightforward back then.
