Went with a friend who is allergic to dairy and soy; I'm allergic to dairy and gluten. We were given a really comprehensive menu that lists items by allergens, and presents menu in several formats (ie: a page for all vegan items, a page for all gluten free items, etc). Server was careful to clarify allergies when we ordered appies,... More

I went here with my family on New Year's Day and we absolutely loved it! I ordered the Christmas 3 course menu and the starters are just delicious. The portion of the pizza is relatively huge and the dessert is lovely! The waiter is very patient and attentive at all times. There is also wifi provided which is also an... More

Visited 21st Dec for work Xmas lunch. The restaurant was heaving, full to capacity, so I knew that we'd have to wait a while for our food. I've been here before at Xmas and the kitchen can't cope as well as they normally do, so there is always a long delay but in fairness they always compensate you but giving... More

We dropped in on one of the Christmas days off and had an amazing dinner! The starter was mouthwatering (three cheeses and bread, amazing!), the pizza was delicious and a very decent size, you need to hungry for it ! My salad was also not bad, didn't look super fresh, but it was literally one of the Christmas days so... More

I was looking for some comfort food in London and Zizzi had just what I needed. I got the aranchini (rice balls) which we shared and then I had pizza. Crust was good and plenty of cheese and sauce. They don't cut it in a pie assuming you would eat it like a local but no one sneered at me... More

I had the Christmas-themed pizza which was huge and simply delicious. The arancini starter was also spot-on and a liqueur coffee perfectly completed the meal. Very fast and efficient service and festive atmosphere.

To be part of a chain, Zizzi - One New Change can produce really good food, staff is very attentive and they are always extra helpful when I go there with the pram at lunch time, they have some really nice pizza and quite fancy cocktails.

Walked in with my wife and daughter for a late lunch. Greeted by a smiling face and seated very quickly even though the restaurant was quite full. Service was fast and efficient. Only down side was the special of the day was not available. Decor was good and bright food of course was super.

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Smack dab in the middle of one of London’s top shopping destinations, our One New Change restaurant, is the perfect relief after a long day of shopping or for a lunch-time catch up with friends. Dotted around the restaurant are small homages to the Cheapside (cheap meaning market) area where each street name reflects the type of trade that went on. You’ll see nods to Milk Street, Bread Street and, of course, Honey Lane. Ah the Victorian era…things were so straightforward back then.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
