Walked in with my wife and daughter for a late lunch. Greeted by a smiling face and seated very quickly even though the restaurant was quite full. Service was fast and efficient. Only down side was the special of the day was not available. Decor was good and bright food of course was super.

My husband and I visited this restaurant before a visit to the theatre. My husband suffers with a dairy intolerance, so asked questions about what the dishes he was interested in contained. The waiter handed my husband a special menu with ingredients on as he said he wasn't responsible for what the kitchen used. My husband was disappointed that the... More

On Friday 23/09/16 me and my friend just popped in for some pizzas and wine, but what we ended up with was an amazing evening. Our server was Ilir and was very helpful with our choices and always handy when needed. The food and drinks were very good, but what made our evening truly unforgettable was the friendly service that... More

I love the food at zizzi's. We came here for dinner, seated quickly. The staff were really friendly and quick with service. The food was delicious and cam out hit and fresh. I feel it's great value for money and would come again.

Went for lunch. Had a voucher for free fizz so that was good. Good selection of food. Only gripe was that it is obviously a busy work lunch place, but the food took far too long to come out. To the restaurants credit though, they gave us a another bottle of free fizz to make up for the wait! Lovely... More

We had a very good meal at this Zizzi restaurant. It was pretty full, giving a good atmosphere. Starters, mains and deserts were tasty, hot and big portions. Both my girls ordered pizza and could only manage half, so took rest home in Zizzi pizza box. Drinks choice was also good. Service was friendly, but slow. This was clearly due... More

I've jus recovered from throwing up and having the runs I had a good catchup with my friends but wish they choose a better restaurant. The waiter took 25 mins to serve us drinks I hinted to my mates to leave they didn't catch Wat I was saying. The glass looked like it needed to go into the dishwasher instead... More

For three years running I have visited this branch of Zizzi's for my team Christmas Celebration and although the menu mirrors other branches the quality of food and level of service is outstanding. Book early if you have a large group, but the seating plan which the staff arrange will not disappoint you. There is a good choice of food... More

Busy place. Quick efficient service. Quick efficient food and meal. Waiter dismissed the voucher code at first and mischarged then belatedly realised it was valid. Frankie & Benny's, Zizzi's, Prezzo, Pizza Express. The names at the top of the Menu may change but it is all the same. Quick mass produced edible food dished up efficiently, quickly and easily. Its... More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Smack dab in the middle of one of London’s top shopping destinations, our One New Change restaurant, is the perfect relief after a long day of shopping or for a lunch-time catch up with friends. Dotted around the restaurant are small homages to the Cheapside (cheap meaning market) area where each street name reflects the type of trade that went on. You’ll see nods to Milk Street, Bread Street and, of course, Honey Lane. Ah the Victorian era…things were so straightforward back then.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
