The waiter started to rush us out after 45min because ‘other people are waiting’ and we were only half way through our main dishes! Terrible customer service, we felt very rushed to leave and unwelcome there. The experience would’ve been better if the food wasn’t...so bland too. The pashwari naan tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to. Social distancing rules were very poorly observed. There were a lot of people around us which made us feel uncomfortable.More

There are guys on the street hawing for the restaurants so if you don't like that, then probably just avoid it. We're used to it so no issues - ended up with a deal for starter, mains, rice, naan and two drinks each for 20...pounds each which we thought was pretty good. First place he took us to was full, so we went next door to Cinnamon ( I assume the hawkers get commission from all the eating houses for people they get in - again, no issues with that for me!). We ate downstairs, it was Saturday night (8PM approx) so they were BUSY. Service was reasonable and to be expected considering it was so busy. Waiting time for food wasn't too bad for a Sat night - I didn't time it, but I reckon we waiting 15-20 minutes for each course which is acceptable in my view. Quality of food was pretty good - one of the starters was average, but the rest was really good. mains, rice, naan were all good. Overall, we'd go back no problem. Good atmosphere, staff helpful and food was great.More

Booked online for 3 people after seeing they offered BYO + a meal offer. Only after asking multiple times did we actually get given the menu for the set options with the waiter insisting he would just take 20% off what ever we ordered from...the normal menu instead. From there, it only got worse. The food was awful quality. The curries were watery and absolutely flavourless, sundries were dry and the meat throughout was rubbery and bland. In 25 years, I have never had such a disappointing meal. Avoid at all costs.More

The food was very good, and they had a great vegetarian option, and non vegetarian option, however I thought that the vegetarian butter curry could be a bit more thick, because it seems more like a side then a main. Over all it was a...good experience and was was well priced.More

Excellent Indian curry, naan, tandoori and special rice. Super tasty and well prepared. Abz’ service was attentive, and we had an excellent visit. I have come here a dozen times over the years, and Cinnamon doesn’t disappoint.

Absolutely tasteless food, rude waiting staff, couldn't have been less attentive. I have had many curries on Brick Lane and there are much better options out there. Avoid if possible.

Wow, a restaurant that creates a Chicken Pathia that tastes of absolutely nothing, a waiter that drops the dish of Pilau rice on the table causing a third of it to spill everywhere and doesn't apologise, offer to replace it or even clear up the...rice and staff that then proceed to mop the floor of the restaurant around our feet at 11pm while we are still eating.More

Was so looking forward to a curry in London and went to Cinnamon after recommendations. Took nearly an hour to receive our luke warm food, my vegetable saag was luke warm frozen veges with a dash of chilli! And expensive as well. We were the...only people there for most of the time, then 2 other groups came in and I noticed that they had different menus. Sooo dissapointed, would avoid.More
