Excellent for pre-theatre dinner, and just opposite the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Wide choice of dishes, all of those we ordered we delicious and beautifully presented, and a good choice of wines and cocktails. Service was first class. Highly recommended. Favourite dishes for us: Iberico...More

Me and my boyfriend came here a couple of weeks ago for a quick lunch. We ordered a variety of dishes to share and sat outside in the sun and each dish was so tasty! Huge fan of tapas and the service was also lovely....More

Good food and good wine but too pricy for smaller quantities uses to be more generous a year ago. Service not really amazing. It's the posh English version of tapas. Will not come anymore

Visited Saturday 8th July for pre-show dinner. Service was good in a rapidly filling restaurant and the team talked us through the various menu options. Variety of dishes offered was something different to the usual tapas fare and we had an excellent meal. We would...More

The Opera Tavern is primarily a tapas bar and we found that sharing 2 tapas per person made for a satisfactory meal. All of the food was good, but the star was the ration of 3 kinds of manchego cheese served with quince jam. One...More

Great wine selections, they squeezed r of us in for 5 pm session. Every dish was spot on, we had about 12 in all, probably only need ten but the food was so delicious. Highlights the beef sirloin special, lamb shoulder and the sliced meat...More

Amazing attentive staff, food was a let down, not classic tapas, more infused with Italian style. Worth a visit, for atmosphere and drinks, not food. And if you love Patatas Bravas, don't order unless you're into thick cut chips and Aioli.
