This is hands down the best place to get Fish & Chips and Bangers and Mash in London. The food quality is exceptional for a Pub, they have a great selection of beers, I let the server choose one for me to go with my meal. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with something for every taste but get... More

Stopped by looking for something to eat and drink. The service was quite friendly and the beer went down smoothly. The food... it was okay. We had a Shepherd's Pie and pork belly - the latter was much better.

We accidentally found the restaurant on our way from Tower Bridge and at about 2 pm there was hardly anyone inside. The staff was nice and helpful despite the fact that in their opinion the offered soup was of a decent portion but in our opinion it was really huge! :-) We ordered traditional fish and chips and must say... We dropped in here to use the bathrooms and stayed for three pints. Very friendly staff and a decent pint of Ale.

My friend and I ordered fish and chips. He found a number of bones in his. I complained about this to the co-owner. Someone in the kitchen clearly hadn't pinboned the fish properly, I said. He shrugged and said that the menu stated that some fish might contain small bones. This was indeed correct. But I have always regarded these... More

Typical British pub, featuring interesting stained glass art and offering lovely fish and chips and a good selection of beers and ales. Very good service and friendly staff. On the road just as you cross Tower Bridge on the south bank.

Typical British pub, they offer lovely fish & chips, full tasting sirloin and well done hot dog for child. Fresh beer from the region, familiar ambience and TV to watch (in this case) Formula 1. Great client care from the girls, reasonable price for a place visited by locals, who care about quality!!!

Huge place and a long way to the lavatories! Grumpy staff, nice cocktails. Didn't try the food. Ok to call in for a quick drink.

This place is everything you could ask for in a restaurant. Affordable, fast service, delicious vegetarian food (do not miss the halloumi burger with aubergine fritters!), clean bathrooms, great music, close to tourist attractions, and it even features interesting stained glass art. The staff are really what makes the place amazing though, and I highly recommend this London gem!

Always get a warm welcome from the handsome fellas behind the bar here ! They should brush up their pool playing skills though...!
