We went for a late lunch and arrived late. However, they kept a table for us and couldn't have done more for us, they were excellent. The food was beautiful, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Our waiter was Sergio and he treated us like we were the only people in the place - thank you so much for making... More

The booking office is in the perfect location, set in the heart of St Pancras International station. The ambience is rich and food reasonably priced. They have an extensive cocktail menu which I would highly recommend checking out if you have an hour or two to kill. Only downside is that service was rather slow and it took them a... More

Appalling experience at the Booking Office. Made a booking for Sunday lunch with visiting family, we arrived slightly early and were told to wait. We were not offered drinks while we waited, we had to go to the bar to order. Whilst waiting for our table to be ready, we saw a rude group of four middle-aged people storm in,... More

As I entered I said that I just wanted some tea and a snack, yet the professionalism of the service did not falter and was to the standard of previous more expensive visits. The toastie used truly excellent sourdough toasted bread that would have been terrific on its own. It was all nicely presented and very tasty, The chips seemed... More

First of all, let's just be clear. This is a beautiful place to sit in and pass the time of day. If you are ever at a loose end at St Pancras, push the boat and and take time to have a drink (the cocktails are inspired) and enjoy this beautifully restored hotel. So the ambience is superb, the cocktail... More

We met some friends here the night before we attended a wedding in London. It looks lovely and was very busy. Service wasn't great. Drinks were expensive. Plus we got charged a service charge even though we waited at the bar for at least 10 minutes and took our own drinks! Didn't stay for a second drink.

Beautiful building, lovely ambiance, slow waitresses, plates left on table until I asked for them to be removed, waited ages for our mains and then it was cold when it arrived.... but, it is a stunning place.

I've been drinking at the booking office since March 2016 and I just can't fault the service . Drinks are amazing - very good quality and the bar staff and waiting staff deliver some outstanding service A rare bar in London that delivers a warm personal service that only aims to please Arunas makes the perfect manhattan and old fashioned... Very disappointed with lack of food options for a gluten free vegetarian. Salads were the only option for my sister and I with no side options of potatoes or alternative available in such a renowned establishment. After complaining to the waiter, we eventually received some gf chips which we were not charged for. I think that the menu needs to... More

Description
Situated in the original station's ticket hall, the Booking Office Bar & Restaurant at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is one of the most inspirational places to enjoy a drink in the City. Reviving the tradition of the station cafe, the cathedral-like drama of the space, combined with 29m-long bar and menu serving classic British dishes, are conversation-stoppers at any time of day. A striking setting for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the Booking Office also offers an array of punches and mixed drinks recreated from lost recipes from the Victorian era, as well as a range of bespoke and seasonal cocktails.
