A fab cinema just needs to pay the staff the london living wage. Some of the screens can get a little cold but Star Wars in screen one was awesome!

Came to see a film while staying in the area. The cinema is lovely and the seats were very comfortable but I did think it was very expensive.
We had a lovely time at Ritzy's, we watched a 3d film. Although the staff was really nice and the cinema was great we found it a bit pricy.

Tried all day to book cinema seats with the app and even the phone not working due to "technical issues". Got to cinema and they are only taking cash, staff barely able to cope with handwriting tickets and counting money. Kitchen closed early so can't...More

I love this cinema, it's local, friendly although the popcorn is expensive the seats are comfy and there is a good selection of films on. There was a smell of sweaty feet yesterday however in screen one, perhaps a deep clean is in order?
We saw a matinee of 'Get Out' on a Monday afternoon (in March 2017). We paid £7 each. The rest of the week its approx. £10.50 BUT the seats are AMAZINGLY comfortable and WIDE. We absolutely loved it. No its not the cheapest but for...More
Dropped in for lunch with a friend. The staff (on the whole) are distracted, inattentive, lacking in almost any sense of 'service', unsmiling, unwelcoming and seemingly unhappy in their roles. They are either lacking training, interest or appropriate management or supervision. There was no experience...More
