Very tasty tarts - we had a strawberry and an apple one. Fast service with the excellent cappuccinos.

Staff very friendly and the Cafe/restaurant was so beautiful all the displays made you feel welcome and want to try something a little different ... A nice mix of dishes on the menu and the cakes looked so inviting, if I stay in the area again I will go again Great breakfast in a friendly place

This used to be a decent place for breakfast but was closed up when we were there....as of 9th July 2016. Couldn't see any sign on the door so maybe it's only temporary....hopefully so because it was worth popping into and the staff were always friendly. Perhaps someone could update at a later stage. There seem to be a lot... More

I stopped here for lunch during a recent visit to the capital. The place is nice and is nice to sit outside and watch the world go by. Its a reasonable sized place but wasn't overly busy for lunchtime on a Saturday. The staff were nice and pleasant and service was good. The food was nice but nothing special. It... More

We stopped in for breakfast one morning while staying nearby as this place was near our hotel. We were seated immediately and served very large cups of good coffee. The server was efficient and neither friendly on unfriendly. My daughter's pancakes did not taste as though they had been freshly made, but were rather dense and tasted like the microwave... More

Lovely place to have a coffee and a pastry in the morning, sit out on the terrace is really nice. They have the best coffee and the choice of pastries is great. Really reasonable at 3.95 for a drink and pastry.

I found my omelet to be horribly overcooked. My table-mates said their scrambled eggs were good. Service was okay. I'm confident there are many better choices.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
