Been many a year since been down here and visited he coal hole. It is still as remembered and good fare to boot. A little pricey (London) but bags of character.

Not much to say. Great pub and better staff. Only had drinks but may try food nest time. Really does look like s coal hole. If your looking for space and air don't bother Thanks

Not everyone knows there is a restaurant downstairs. Nicholson’s provide good English Fayre. We had steak and ale pie. The cheese board is huge. One portion could easily suit three. We were very spoiled by Joss and Tania. The Merlot is better than the Malbec.
