It was pretty hard to find the Cocktail paradise at first place, bet its part of the experience. After 15 min walking around in China town - I managed to find the secret magic door. Inside was like in an old attic with scary stairs....More

Slightly over priced. All of the cocktails have too many things in them but still tasty. Hard to find but that's part of the fun.

The low lights, piped music and speakeasy atmosphere are appealing. It kind if feels illegal even if it's not. But why oh why are the drinks so expensive . . . £10-15 a go! Maybe this is their way of attracting a crowd fir whom...More

Terrible bar and one of the worst experience I have been through. Ordered 3 drinks and the barman kept asking me for my order, about 3 times. While he was preparing my drink, some lady behind the bar (I assume some manager of some kind)...More

The success of this business despite the lack of advertisement just goes to show how good it is. After stumbling through China town after a very large meal at Bob Ricards we finally found ourselves here at had a few drinks before setting off to...More

Went for cocktails on Saturday. As you are let in the unmarked door and up the seedy looking stairs, my wife was feeling horrified as to where i had taken her. However once upstairs she loved it. Great drinks and music. We had a table...More

Bouncers' prerogative unfortunately. The people in front of us were very casually dressed (leisurewear) and got turned away with an excuse. We were a bit smarter and got in.

It amazes me how any establishment ignores the complaints of clients against their staff.. and mostly it's about one solitary employee.. this tells you how poor the management is at ECC!!
