In general it was a nice experience. Not something so amazing that I need to say 'wow' but it's worth your try if you never have Vietnamese food before :-) I ordered the Bun thit nuong for my friend and me - Pho bo. Only...More

What a fantastic find Com Viet turned out to be. We sat downstairs in a cosy booth with a group of friends and Becky our waitress was with us in no time making sure we were comfy and ready to order drinks. Becky was back...More

Visiting Garrick Theatre a friend recommended Com Viet as being a favourite so we booked up. First impressions are the restaurant doesn’t look much and akin to sitting in someone’s dining room. I’m glad our table was downstairs rather than the smaller upstairs area which...More

I’ve now been here 4 times and I like it more each time. The ambience isn’t exciting, it’s rather drab really and drafty if you sit upstairs. The service is friendly. The food is inexpensive but really tasty. From the noodles to the rice to...More

Enjoyed our set lunch - good value at £11.50. There were 4 of us so we shared all the dishes and tested out noodles, pho, wok rice and curry. Not posh - relaxed

Two of us went there after matinee and enjoyed our experience. Vietnamese spring rolls - good, pricey compared to Chinese restaurants offering the same thing Beef with lettuce wrap - very good, tiny portions with five strips of beef for quite a lot of money!...More

It’s not the prettiest restaurant to behold but once you see past the dated decor you’re onto a winner! The prices are reasonable and the service is great. It was a brilliant introduction to Vietnamese food.

This place knows what it's doing. Really outstanding food, friendly service and great advice about what to order. We had both types of spring rolls, the Bun Hanoi and the BBQ pork with rice vermicelli and all were sublime. We'll be back again soon.

We had a lovely light, after theatre supper, great service and atmosphere. We had the spring and summer rolls, salt and pepper squid was very toothsome. Pho was delicious. Lots of gluten free options, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back.
