Lovely dinner that was delightful! The monkfish was perfectly meaty and though buttery taste was light and tasty. The prawns (whole) with green tomatoes was excellent. Wines were quite affordable and would go back in an instant!

I have been here about 5 times now. Every previous occasion gave me the incentive to return - very good food, excellent range of wine by the glass, enthusiastic service and reasonable prices. Has Brexit taken hold or something? The service was rather disengaged, did not seem to want feedback though it was asked for, and the prices seem to... More

Lovely place. Small with caring staff. We had not been to London in quite a few years, deterred by the high prices and not-so-good food. We tried this place on a tip from Time Out, and were very happy to find that decent food can be had in London! The garlic infused mussel and prawn dish was to die for.... More

Tiny space. We arrived at 6 and by 6:30 it was packed. Understandable because the food is tremendous. The menu is on the board. Squid and blood orange with rapini was exquisite. My husband's lamb pie with spinach and mash was delicious. The lamb was melt in your mouth. Dinner for two with wine for my spouse was £51, an... More

A restaurant with good food with a well made, well priced wine list is not easy to find. Especially in London when you a bottle of vile fermented grape juice sets you back 20 quid. Here is not the case. Well done lads and lasses!

I'll start off by saying my wife and I have been here many times and always enjoy it but last night something went badly wrong. Four of us went and the service was close to non existent. Took us nearly 3 hours to get out and that was after us constantly asking for service. I'd been raving about this place... More

This restaurant was awesome. We got there and took a seat in the back by the bar. They have cute little metal tables that are rather small but perfect for a drink and an app. We had the burrata and wine while we waited for the table. Food: Burrata was great - it was finished in lemon so it was... More

Thank you for the nice dinner we had on your small restaurant! A rainy evening, hungry and then we found this small restaurant. We had the Angus Beef for 2, with hispi cabbage and new potatoes. Lovely! And then a dessert on top. Guess if we were filled up... You can not make a reservation, but there is a nice... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
