We loved out visit to Hotel Chocolate for hot chocolate. Our drinks were delightful. The service was wonderful. We also bought chocolate where they were happy to give us tastes and lots of background.

Max was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful and met my vegan requirements to advise me on some delicious and awesome chocolate :) I really recommend this place as all their chocolate are very nice (my friend tried some and my dad loved his pistachio and milk chocolate... chocolate). Very (VERY) varied choices ;)

Got this experience as a gift, there was a slight hiccup in receiving the voucher, it never arrived but the details were tracked down by some very helpful & friendly staff in the Victoria branches & all was good. The branch in Covent Garden Holds the event it in the basement. We had a pushchair & if you couldn't collapse... More

My girlfriend treated us to this experience as a birthday treat. Immediately we were greeted by really friendly staff, and our host, Harry, was fantastic. Really down to earth and enthusiastic. You get to try quite a bit of delicious chocolate, and you really learn about the entire manufacturing process. The blind test was really fun too, and challenges your... More

Late evening stop for a pick me up. The hot chocolate and coffee served was excellent, even although a little expensive. The cafe was very busy so service was a little slow and confused given the counter and table service not quite working at the time. Still worth the visit though as the offering is good and staff were pleasant.

Their awarded hot chocolate is really worth to try. But I don't recommend you to try their bitter hot chocolate as it is really dark and a bit much bitter than you would expect. It is not that easy to find a seat as they have limited seats inside. The prices for chocolates are a bit higher than the average... More
