On arriving on a Friday night, we were seated and told we had to vacate the table in 30mins, as soon as we had finished our first round of food, table was cleared and we were given the bill, whilst going back for a top up. We were then told we had to clear the table in 10 mins, 45... More

We had our eye on eating at Pix for a while and were lucky to get a walk-up table last Saturday. It's a great concept, Spanish finger food 'pinxhos' freshly prepared and self served from the bar. Like sushi, price is per dish. There were some delightful plates to be had from Spanish staples, patatas bravas and tortilla to smoked... More

what a find , a cosy pinchos bar hidden down a small street in SoHo . Beautiful display of pinchos , constantly topped , quick service and great staff . Plates between £3 and £4 each approx so not a cheap dining experience as you might need several just to consider it a ' course ' but a great experience... More

My friend proposed this establishment off the back of their private cabins which were sadly closed due to refurbishment, but that's okay. I can have a totally clean mind and be tempted by tapas and neon lights. We visited at tea time on a Saturday, and already the place was heaving (we'd booked - advised). Nice buzz, great convivial atmosphere.... More

Really cute restaurant. Very Spanish. It's a help yourself tapas restaurant, very common in Spain. Fresh food comes out all the time. The cheese croquettes were amazing! Would recommend it. Although thought would be quite cheap, it does start to all add up! Only thing that wasn't nice were the olives, very vinegary

We managed to get a table last night which was great. I have been to similar tapas restaurants in Spain so I new the set up. There are hot and cold Tapas all with a sticks in them. You keep the sticks and at the end of the evening they are counted . It's a great way to eat with... More

Four years ago this was a great discovery and a frequent, fun and tasty haunt. Now back in London we caught up with family for Sunday lunch once again. We didn't take advantage of the £33 all you can eat, all the Cava you can drink deal, being more restrained. I have to say it was less of the same.... More

Nice place ! I ate there twice, once in the evening (was busy but lovely and all the tapas were fresh !) and another time to enjoy the unlimited tapas, it was such good and amazing deal. (The only fly in the ointment : products are less fresh). Anyway. You definitely should try.

Had not been to any of this chain of restaurants before, a friend had been and recommended it. Quite a good atmosphere, we had a table rather than sit at the bar. Overall the Tapas dishes were nice although in my opinion some had been sitting around a bit too long and some were a little lacking in flavour. Some... More

We all really liked the atmosphere of this restaurant, it was cosy and the music was great! Waiter was really friendly and nice too. There was a good selection of tapas although they were mostly cold - loved the patatas bravas and the calamari. The meatball sauce was nice but the meatball itself was cold in the middle which wasn't... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
