I took a colleague here for dinner last night and I would strongly recommend this fantastic little restaurant. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The restaurant has a good wine list and that coupled with one of the best steaks I've had made it an enjoyable experience. I look forward to my next visit.

Visited Saturday afternoon. Lovely interior, clean, stylish, nice atmosphere & not overly busy. The food was lovely & the fixed price menu was good value, out waiter was pleasant and polite. But there was no one there to greet & seat, had to wait a fair while for someone to notice us, when seated we then had to wait a... More

We visited Friday evening and managed to get a table for three. Lovely atmosphere and tentative staff. Had the Chorizo sausage for starters which was really nice followed by the Expert Burger which was mouth-wateringly delicious. Prices were towards the top end but you get what you pay for.

I thought the steak was really nice and good quality. The sides were very good quality and the sauces nice. All was impeccably cooked. However I was a little disappointed in the value of the starters. I felt a bit short-changed from £17 for a pot of melted cheese and one sausage (as tasty as it was). Staff were friendly... More

This place has a very pleasant atmosphere in the smallish ground floor level. Good frendly unobtrusive service. Our ribeye steaks were served just how we like them and were very tasty indeed and of a very good quality. Good chips of the sweet and normal variety, great tomato and onion salad and lovely sauces. All washed down with Argentinean Malbec.... More

As is known the restaurant is not large but equally you are not crammed in. A warm welcome by the family owners and then shown to your table whether its on the entrance level or down stairs. The menu as you will expect has many cuts of steak on and at different weights. There is plenty of side orders to... More

My son and I visited last Saturday evening and had a very enjoyable meal. We were probably fortunate to get a table at short notice, as the restaurant was busy. It is not very big, however,we thought this made for a much nicer and welcoming atmosphere which is not always the case in larger restaurants. Anyway, the service was faultless... More

After having a sausage platter, delicious rumpsteak with herbbutter, tasty gnocchi, garlic bread and a nice dessert with dulce de leche icecream when we visited made my night complete. I would recommend the rumpsteak as it was very tasty. Also the gnocchi was a real catch! The personnel was very professional and kind. The restaurant itself is small with a... More

Excellent steak Great staff Nice atmosphere Sadly I had to go back to work after work so couldn't try the wines but will be back to try a glass of red with the meat. A bit pricey but I rather pay more for amazing quality beef than eat lower quality more often
